Shipping Policy & Terms

Once an order has been placed with GH, you will receive a confirmation email. If the item is in stock it should be dispatched within 7 working days. If the item is not in stock or is a bespoke order then we will notify you via email of the expected delivery week.

Non-stock deliveries are usually made within 8 weeks from the day of order. For alternate delivery options please contact us on:  info@glencoetrading.com.

At present, supported countries include the mainland territories of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, EEA Countries, Brazil and Israel.

Free shipping means standard shipping, it does not include white-glove service. Which means our carrier will only deliver your order to your door step. The delivery time varies from multiple conditions. Tax is included in most of the listed countries. 

Return & Exchange Policy

On receipt of the goods, please check for any damage to packaging and item before signing delivery confirmation. Please inform courier of any damages. This covers both yourself and Glencoe Home. Most of our products are non-refundable once the order is delivered successfully. In any case, if we are unable to deliver your order, we will explain it to you through email, and issue a refund within 15 days.  

- Can I return my order?

All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colours, and design are correct before submitting your order!

- Can I cancel my order?

After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM ET the following day to cancel and get your money back. 

-What if I don't like what I ordered?

We certainly hope that never happens! We are aways here to help and making sure your are 100% happy with your order. We keep our standard high!
